Below are the estimated costs for all services we provided. All payments for services (except training), that are received electronically, are then submitted directed to our broker, RE/MAX All Pros in Turnersville, New Jersey. All commissions and prices in New Jersey are negotiable.


Loss Mitigation Services
Loss Mitigation and lender negotiations is a service where we handle all negotiating with your lender. The goal is to produce an agreement between you and your lender that allows you to keep your home (forbearance, loan modification, etc). We help you produce all the paperwork your lender will look for, and the letter you will need to write. We have a very high success rate with this service. Loss Mitigation and Short Sale Training
This is a one-on-one training program at your location or mine. Frank Wible will come to your place of business and spend the entire day with you. If you like, you can schedule this training around a short-sale listing you may already have. Frank will attend, and speak directly with your clients to explain the short-sale process. This will teach you what to say and how to deliver the message.

With this program, you will also obtain copies of critical documentation to include in your listings and contracts of sale. Addendums, contract cover letters, listing package addendums, co-op broker agreements, and much more. Learn how to successfully list the property and what key secrets we use in our short-sale packages. Learn to educate buyers and sellers the right way, and to keep them on-board during the process.
