Thank you for considering us for your clients short sale transaction. Realtors and Mortgage Lenders refer us their short sale business on a regular basis. Hire the best team for the job...it will get done! We pay a generous referral fee if you are a licensed real estate professional. NJ Listing Referral Services: We list the property and handle the entire transaction for you. We handle selling the property, negotiating with the lender and closing the deal. New to the real estate business, or have never done a short sale? Let us make you look good to your client. Tell clients your bringing in your own short sale team of experts! We pay you a 25% referral fee for this service.
Nationwide Lender Negotiation Services: To provide the best possible service to your client, you should make sure the deal closes! Utilize our negotiators to make sure that it does. We handle all lender negotiations and judgement negotiations. We charge a 30% referral fee for this service. Any associated judgement negotiation legal fees will be charged to the sellers lender on the HUD-1 statement.

Expert Training Programs
We come to your place of business and spend the entire day with you. Obtain copies of critical documentation to include in your listings and contracts of sale. Addendums, contract cover letters, listing package addendums, co-op broker agreements, and much more. Learn how to successfully list the property and what key secrets we use in our short-sale packages. Learn to educate buyers and sellers the right way, and to keep them on-board during the process. National Referral Programs
Our national advertising brings homeowners from around the country to our site. When a client contacts us from outside New Jersey, we would like to refer them to the best foreclosure and short sale agent in their area. Please contact us and provide us your experience in the short sale market. Once approved, we will begin sending you clients. Our referral fee is 30%.
